ya i stole that from lauren's lj bout irish dance, but it really does get ur blood pumping...
so we won our first game 2-0 even though the ref TOTALLY hated us and...
I GOT A YELLOW CARD!
i know, im such a little delinquent
second game was against a really hard team but we tied them 0-0 so we went into shoot outs, and my coach picked me as 1 of the 5 girls to shoot...
let it be known, i do NOT shoot, i play defense so i was the only girl shooting with no offensive skills what so ever
and who was the only person on my team to score?

i was in complete shock, unfortunately the other team scored 3 goals, so my 1 didnt help
anyways, so were all down and depressed because we really wanted to continue on to regionals, then our coach comes over and says "we got the wildcard!"
YAY!
so we still move on, very cool...
and even cooler, yesterday i got my first yellow card and i scored probably my seventh goal in my whole soccer career, which isnt too shabby for a defender
only bad part about the day was that i didnt get to keep my yellow card, i know, sadness :(
