Wow, I can't believe it's already 1981. Five days into it, no less! And come July it will be three years since I left Hogwarts. Time sure flies when you're not paying attention to it.
Christmas and New Year's were nice. Tamino and Emi (and Cho of course!) spent New Year's Eve with Carrie and I, which was definitely fun. (I think Tamino just wanted to be able to say that he spent New Year's Eve with four women). Cho is getting so big, but like I said, time realy does fly. She'll be two in April, I think and she had Tamino, Emi, Carrie, and I wrapped around her finger by the time she was a month old anyway.
The holidays were nice, but I think Carrie's birthday on Sunday might have been the best of the holiday season. It wasn't anything big, just a surprise picnic at the Reserve, but it was nice. Just the two of us.
But now all the holiday rush and excitement is over and it's back to work. It probably won't be as busy in my department now that the Balls and all are over, but Christmas engagement announcements will probably have us swamped for weeks to come. Oh well, at least it's enjoyable!
