i am going to live blog bridget jones diary because it is on tv, i have had some wine, and i am on my period. i know it isn't actually live but as no one has offered me an actual blogging deal this will have to do (wouldnt it be fun to liveblog a political event or antm finale?).
we begin at the part where bridget is cooking her bday dinner and darcy arrives.
-the way he looks at her when she says that was pervy, it is true love! it really is. his eyes are so warm
-i HATE when colin firth smiles. it is super creepy. and it isn't as if he as gross british teeth but ugh awful smile. he should just look sullen all the time, he is so good at it.
-hugh grant's best role. i hate it when he is a nice guy. and that hair, so luscious! much better than darcy's frizzy curly hair. you can't run your hands through it.

there is this one commercial about keeping kids away from Rx drugs. I bet they made this after heath died.

-it is so brilliant when mark wants to fight hugh grant. really hot too
-i hate when they try to make bad words into not to so bad words on tv. it really doesn't work. let the brits cuss, they are so good at it
-men fighting so hot
kinda gay though its raining men isn't it?
-but i love the soundtrack in this movie especially that one song out of reach? so freakin' good
-i love when marty mcfly freaks out when people calls him a chicken
-he shouldnt have said the whole if i cant make it with you i cant make it with anyone thing because otherwise she would have hooked up with him
-i love the dad he is so cute! i dont get the hats they are wearing or the bedforshire joke. i really wish i was british most of the time
-i wasn't blogging at this point but i love the phrase, "ham fisted cunt"
ugh too many commercials. i will sum it up with how much i love the scene where darcy kisses bridget on the neck at the door. it is one of the sexiest movie kisses because it is chaste with a promise of hotness. makes my stomach flip-flop as any good chick flick kiss should.
