Cadogan wasn't late. He was an incredibly timely person. So there was the slightest flustered air about him as he stumbled into the bar a mere minute after he promised he'd arrive.

Cast iron excuse, of course--a call from his mother.

Unfortunately, that left him in a state of mild flusterment... if 'flusterment' were even a word. His eyes scanned the bar anxiously for a familiar face, a friendly smile, or even a belligerent scowl from someone he'd bumped into on the elevator.

Being late a few minutes was forgivable and understandable when the set time was more of a loose timeframe and not a set guideline.

Ginia was still over by the windows admiring the view when Tetsuo gently touched her shoulder.

"Ginia-san, Thomas-san is here," he said as Ginia turned in her chair and stood up to wave over at Cadogan, motioning for him to join them by the window.
