Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Unlike the rest of the cast (barring Lamont) Finas is not heroin thin and as tall as a giant. Finas is of average height (he only looks tiny because Cas is unnecessarily tall) so I would say around 5'8/11. Finas has been mistaken for fat, but he's actually built like a tank. I'd say heavyset but it's all muscle, baby.
2. How old is he?
As a vampire Finas has been around for a Very Long Time. I'll go with Cas here and say a minimum two hundred.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
Finas carries himself very well, in a way that borderlines snobbish. That's right, straight backed and possibly with head held high. If you think he's looking down on you he probably is. Maybe.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Despite being dead Finas is very healthy. Like stated above he is very well built. Head canon dictates he works out often. So manly.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
I'd like to think, despite his size, that he's graceful. He moves with purpose, and he is very sure of himself.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
I would give him a 9 out 10, but that's just because Finas is my type. Hnnngg those muscles. ALSO vampires do not have reflections so he can't really perceive himself... okay that's me being technical, Finas has no outstanding opinion of himself but figures he's average.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Born in England so he had a light complexion when alive, as a vampire he's even paler.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
He has brown, kind of shaggy hair. Cut short but not overly so, it does cover his ears. And he has a darker beard/goatee thing going on there. Neatly trimmed.
9. What color are his eyes?
I would assume he had brown eyes as a human, but as a vampire they are red.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
He's soooo manly.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
Lower back and between his shoulder blades.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
Classy. Tessa has said that Finas is a gentleman and he dresses as such. Now we've only seen him in a long trench-like coat and scarf. But I'd like to think he wears ironed dress shirts and well tailored slacks. Head canon time: he's a stickler for being neat and tidy, he irons his clothes himself because no one else can do it right.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
Again, we've only seen him in his coat, but I'd like to think they fit well. And he's centuries old so if he's not comfortable in his clothes now he'll never be.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
There is little known about him. Tessa has said that at some point Finas worked as a bouncer, whether he's employed in the comic now is up in the air. At Mayfield he was previously a waiter, so he wore that uniform. But he's currently working at the high school as a teacher, so he would be wearing a casual suit, mostly with the jacket off. Sometimes with a tie but usually without- the first two buttons opened.
...Clearly I've been thinking too much about that. MOVING ON.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Boxer briefs.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Deep with a light English accent. I'm not sure if Tessa has given an actor/singer that he sounds like... and neither have I. One day.
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
He speaks softly when he is bothered to speak at all. Unless Casimiro is being... Cas, then the deep dad voice comes out.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Tessa has said that Finas has a light English accent. He is also very polite in speech and tends to be eloquent, exercising a large vocabulary.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
English, teaching himself Italian (headcanon).
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
No. But he is learning Italian so he could sometimes speak with Cas in his mother tongue.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
Finas is not a talkative man, he'd rather think over his words so he can make a point and not repeat himself.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Finas is eloquent to a fault, even when his temper is starting to flare he is still quite proper with his speech.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
I'd like to think he's both. Now this purely all headcanon but... Having lived a long time, and being the quiet man he is I could see him reading. A lot. He has probably read all the great classics along with historical texts to broaden his understanding of things. I can see him agreeing that knowledge is power.
He also spends most of his time with Cas, on the streets. I'm sure he's picked up his street smarts after all these years.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
he can think on his feet, yes, but he'd much rather deliberate the situation and act accordingly.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
I'd say he's a generally rounded individual, leaning more towards being logical and practical. But being around so long he has developed a pretty set intuition that he pays attention to.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
Given the time period he's from I'd say not a lot. He's mostly self taught.
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
lmao this survey is like 90% headcanon... ANYWAY. I'd say literature and history are his areas of expertise and he is always eager to learn more if he can.
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
A bit of both, probably more on the introverted side.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Even tempered and quiet. Finas is cool, calm and collected 90% of the time. That doesn't mean he doesn't have his vices, under his cold exterior there is a temper there, be prepared to face the consequences if you get it out of him.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
He is very much neutral, he doesn't care either way.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
He will act if the situation calls for it, same goes for him reacting.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Fight. Unless the odds are against him, he has pride but he isn't above fleeing and taking the time to plan things out... to fight again another day.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
...He doesn't have a sense of humor. But if anything he appreciates a smart joke, sarcastic and dry is also acceptable. Just don't expect him to laugh or anything.
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them?
Nope.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
Not much of his past is revealed but... Meeting then marrying his wife, when he was turned, his wife's death and meeting Casimiro all defined him in some way.

He has lived a long time and has seen a lot, so he doesn't fear much- not even actual death, where he will cease existing. But, the thought of losing Cas unnerves him to the point of actual fright.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
Oh at this point he just goes on to live another day. He has no real hopes or aspirations.
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
Headcanon ahoy! Finas may or may not enjoy a ridiculously cheesy romance novel. Oh you know the ones, heaving bosoms, glimmering pectorals. ...It amuses him
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
It's not known but he probably respected them.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Also not known.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Unknown.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
Casimiro. They've known each other for god knows how long, he's the only family he has now. And back when he was a mortal, this would also apply to his late wife.
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Cas again! And no matter what Cas says they were not prison bitches. IF HE SAYS IT ONE MORE TIME...
6. Does he have other close friends?
In Mayfield he's starting to form an odd little friendship with Conrad. And he's been meeting other people and he doesn't hate them. So there's that.
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
As stated before he's quite neutral when he meets people, but he's always polite when he speaks to them.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
He considers Cas more important.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
He was married when he was a mortal, with no children. She's been long since dead so would that make him a widower?
He's secretly dating Cas in Mayfield. Although he thinks the word dating is ridiculous, so let's say he's romantically involved with Cas.
10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
See above.
11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest?
Probably his wife when they first met? He won't say he's crushing on Cas now because again, he dislikes the word. But yes he's attracted to him.

Intelligence, the ability to hold a conversation. He likes his partners to be well versed in the world and well read. Of course physical attraction is also important, so he has to find them attractive. But he isn't a shallow person.
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
No, he did not have children while married. I'd like to think that he did want them at some point, but not now, of course.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
There seems to be a dislike for Adelaide, but no. Not really.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
Around 2-3. He doesn't really consider gender, just how he relates to the person prior to the romantic experience.
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
It's not the most important thing, but when it happens it has to be fantastic. He is a passionate and intense lover when the mood strikes him.
17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
He likes nice, long legs. Finas also enjoys it when fingers are running through his hair.He also enjoys it rough, so biting and scratching only serves to make him hotter.
As for turn offs, to him romance has long since been dead. Leave your gentleness at the door, please. Not that he doesn't mind a gentle touch or quiet moment here and there, just not all the time.
Beliefs

This isn't revealed in canon, but to me Finas is pretty much a textbook taurus

Being a vampire he is subject to christianity more often than he'd like, but he's not religious. He's agnostic.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
He has his own personal code of morals and ethics, but he also abides by societies standards most of the time. He's lived for a very long while so of course he'd build up his own, and it's very much black and white to him. He has his own sense of wrong and right and there is no in between.
4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
He's very much indifferent, your opinion matters very little to him.
5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
They aren't prejudices per se, he's just set in his ways at this point so he doesn't find any of what he thinks irrational.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
It is hinted at that when he was mortal he may have come from a good, noble english family. Whether he is wealthy now it's not known.
2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
Again it is thought that he was once a part of a noble family, well bred and proper. At the moment he's a vampire in modern time so of course his social status has changed, but not his demeanor.
3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
A home is a home, he shares wherever he lives with Cas.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Clothes. Nice, classy clothes.
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
Canonly it isn't known what he is doing presently, but Tessa has said that Finas did work as a bouncer at some point and he did enjoy it, so there's that. In Mayfield he worked as a waiter for awhile, which he didn't exactly enjoy- but he was always tipped well because of his manners and attention to detail. But now he's a teacher and again it's not something he overly enjoys, but he prefers it over waiting tables.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
This varies to how his mood currently is. Some nights he enjoys a casual stroll, or he reads. If he's feeling particularly moody or energetic he spends the time working out.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
Blood, naturally. And he prefers to have his meal in a state of ease and relaxation. So he takes the time to wine and dine them if applicable.
