No new episode this weekend due to earthquake news coverage?
Given the effective non-stop news coverage on Japanese TV of the earthquakes in the Kumamoto area of Kyushu, I really wonder will TV Asahi show the new episode of Mahou Tsukai Precure! at 0830 hours JST on Sunday (1630 hours PDT/1930 hours EDT on Satuday in the USA).
It's possible all anime series have been bumped for the non-stop news coverage the next 3-4 days, so many 1-cour anime series could end up having one less episode shown on-air by the time the Spring 2016 season ends.
I--like many people around the world--offer our prayers to the people of the Kumamoto area hard-hit by the two earthquakes. I'm sure US Navy units at Sasebo Naval Base in western Kyushu are preparing to help in rescue and relief activities.
