(no subject)
it is very very weird to be in pennsylvania again. i am refusing to sleep in "my room" 'cause it really isn't at ALL anymore, as it (and the entire house) have been realtored. unless there is an unexpected change of plans, the house will be sold and my parents kicked out by august 15th. kinda glad i got here before that so that i could actually see that it's not our home being sold, because it clearly is not in any way except for the presence of the dog and some clothing our home any longer.
i drove my old car again today, the one which is exactly the same as the one i have now except for the moon roof, automatic windows, and cd player (all in the current one, which is white, not red). i forgot how very differently they drive despite both being 1997 vw manual jettas. the red one shifts so very differently from the white one, it feels almost stiff because the angle to move it into is marginally different enough that driving the other one for months means this one is weird.
also i got up at 7 am today in ohio and now it's 230 am in pa. and the moment i got here i was put back into a car to go to see shakespeare. woo.
and now, a clever person would go to sleep. sadly, i'm probably going to read a book for a while instead.
