I might be buying a building in North East Minneapolis, not too far from Modern Cafe. Anyone looking for an apartment to rent? I'm thinking $400 for the basement studio which is about 600 Sq. Ft. and $800 for the main 2BR unit that's 1100 Sq. Ft. Utilities not included. I really LOVE the building itself. Its nice brick, in a great location. There's a lot I want to do to the units -- the place needs some love. I'm worried that it could turn into a money pit, but I'll know more after the inspection. If anyone lives in North East drop me note, I'd love to get an idea of how much rent is and what you think of the area you live in. If you are looking to rent I'll probably be looking for people in a month or two.
