I can't believe the summer is almost over.. it's insane. We've stayed busy with Nate. We're going to visit family on the eastern shore on Aug 1 for the weekend.
I've been able to read a lot of junk reading which is great to give the mind a break from the vigors of academia. I've also been listening to music. Found some great female vocalists again after what seemed like forever. Ingrid Michaelson, Jenny Lewis, The Watson Twins (love their Cure cover), and Charlotte Sometimes. I love the beauty of simple, throaty female vocals- not over done.
Other than that, not much. I start back on Aug 18 so I'm trying to get everything together here!
