Happy Holidays!
Well, hope everyone had a great holiday. I'm off for another week but don't be envious- I still have a bad ear infection :( Enjoyed the holidays though. Got a bunch of clothes, books and all of that stuff. Got a Gwen Stefani L.A.M.B. Purse which I LOVE! Sam bought me a beautiful Tanzanite cross and some undies from the Victoria's Secret Pink collection along with a gift card from Goody's one of my other favorite clothing places. Got some pottery from my sister which is always fun. And a couple of funky antique like brooches, including one from my cousin, which is awesome! So, as always, was more than happy. OOH and mom got my Gwen's new cd and Mario Pinball land for GBA SP. YAY!
Now, after all of that, I did appreciate Christmas for what it really was. I know we all get way too much stuff on Christ's birthday but I have grown a lot spiritually this year. I'm going to try out an Episcopalian church since there aren't much in the way of Catholic churches here. I've been very lucky this year. We have a gorgeous home with two awesome fireplaces :) We're doing fine financially and really, we couldn't ask for much more. Only think next is a baby which is still about ayear away
