Back and fine!
Sorry...I should've posted this earlier but things, understandably, have been kinda hectic.
We're back in New Orleans. House is fine, all we lost is a small pane of glass.
Work is nuts since we have 5 magazines to put out and have 1 week less to do them in...OUCH!
Mike and I have adopted a backyard kitten...she's about 6 mths old, white with grey spots and a faint grey star on her forehead. So far she hasn't come to fully trust us but is taking the food we put out and meows at us while we're out there with her. Yay!
And now! we're out of the "cone of error" for Ike! Horray! 1 more month of hurricane fun!
