In which Sodary's parents are narcissists as well
It is cold and rainy in the middle of September and, let me tell you, it is NOT normal EVEN if this is Canada. Montreal is supposed to have four seasons and summer is one of them and it is not supposed to end until September 21st.
I ordered my first hot chocolate at the café today and, as we were sitting there trying to watch City Hunter (and failing because wireless sucks), we stumbled upon some news about the new season of Hello Baby. A ridiculous season if you ask my opinion because it's more about creepy pedophile Leeteuk and too-sexy-while-too-young SISTAR than... you know... the BABY.
"The only thing that is win in this Hello Baby season is that the baby's name is Kyumin," I say.
"YES! Kyumin!" Rachel flails.
"Kyuhyun and Sungmin's child..."
"Yeah CN Blue's Jonghyun. This is their second child!"
Because, if you look closely, CN Blue's Jonghyun does look like a mix of Kyuhyun and Sungmin. Really.
"That they named after themselves?" I make a face.
"The parents were very narcissistic and decided to name their child after their pairing's name!"
"You know..." Ge suddenly adds, "'Sodary' is a combination of her parents' names."
Silence. Rachel glares at me and I, not having listened to the end of the conversation, look up with question marks on my face.
"What? What happened?"
"You have your parents' names in YOUR name!"
"Oh. Yes... I do have my parents' paring name in my name."
"Only you, Sodary... only you."
So... I am as awesome as Kyumin? Keke...
("Yeah I guess that people tend to remember the fact that I am a princess more than the origin of my name."
No arguments.
"It's like Sohee," I continue, "her name is the combination of my and Heechul's names."
"Oh my god! Sohee is your and Heechul's daughter!"
"Now this is going to become another inside between me and my friends... They all shipped SodaJin before... And oh my god she is quite cat-like too! And she doesn't have an SNSD-like shape; she's just normal and round..."
