Hey! You completely need to join this Harry Potter Sorting community I just joined! Basically all you have to do is be on LiveJournal enough to participate in house events, and have some house pride.
You go to the site, fill out an application, within a week the current members will sort you into one of the 4 houses (or Squib you if your app isnt very good) and then you are set.
From there you can take part in discussion in your house's commonroom, earn house points by writing essays, editorials for the Daily Prophet, making icons and sig tags, trivia, etc etc.
