Season 4 is the Weeping Frustration Season
Yesterday the weather was warm enough that I ran outside for the first time in 2009. What's more, I ran the lakefront path along Lake Michigan for the first time as the sun was rising. It was one of those things I've always wanted to do, and it was beautiful and as the weather becomes more hospitable, I'll probably make it a regular affair. The weather had gotten warm so quickly that huge sheets of the lake were still frozen.
It was the best weather we've had in something like 120 days.
Today it rained so hard the ceiling leaked a little, so we made jokes about Battlestar Galactica. I told Sara I was 95% sure it wouldn't hold and she ordered me to come back when I was 100% sure. I pretended to paint the wall and then collapse in weeping frustration.
With the miserable weather, there was nothing to do but nap all afternoon and watch movies all night. I showed Sara Contact, Sara showed me A Hard Day's Night.
