Why has my Tinypic switched to German? First Spanish, now this.

The world is frustrating and I have just been reminded why I haven't signed into a chat program for more than half an hour in the past six months. I have no patience at the moment (sorry if I take it out on you) which is inconvenient for the majority of my class work right now.
