Fic Obsession

I have been working on the birthday fic for persephone56 for 3 days now. And it won't end! It just gets longer and longer. I think it's good. I hope it's good. Lots of perv in it for my favourite Singing Porn Bitch. But damn it. I wish Lucius would stop dragging things out and ... well, the other characters aren't helping much either. Needless to say there is lots of blood. But at least the last line is written. What is it with me and last lines. They tend to get written relatively early in my stories. Does this happen to anyone else?
Also, I'm currently obssessing on my communiquills application. *bashes head on desk more* I really, REALLY want to play. ("All the cool people are doing it!") And I want my app. to be just right. Which means I wrote it and now I'm staring at it. Trying to find the right balance of voice and history in a short 1 page letter. Anyone want to offer me tips/encouragement/porn? Or the best way to bribe damnyellowcap? *flutters eyelashes*
