Hi Vix!
We're trying our best to come!
My decision is yes of course we're just trying to make it happen.
I think we're gonna rent a car to be safe!
I really really want to go!
And I miss you so much too...

YAY! My sister I just went home to see my Dad a weekend or two ago and we rented a car from Enterprise. It was like $13 a day with unlimited mileage as long as you're 25. (I'm pretty sure Raul is, right?) So you should totally do that. It's so cheap! Hopefully you get the same rates. And always show your AAA or Costco card for more discounts!

Thats so awesome thank you!
I cant wait I'm super excited!!
Yeah Rauls 26.
He doesnt have car insurance though, isnt that wonderful?
If he has to though he just makes himself a fake one.
Hopefully that works.

Well you're not required to have insurance to rent a car. You don't have to prove anything to them. However, if you get pulled over...that's where the problem could come in.

Ok good..
Does that mean he has to drive the whole time?
Darn boyfriend though, he deals with that risk everyday!!!
And he speeds like a maniac.
Smart.

Yes. Whoever is 25+ has to drive the entire time (technically), or you have to pay more to add the under 25 year old to the car. No insurance is required, but obviously they want you to have it. When you get the car, just say "we have our own insurance, thanks" and then they won't sell you theirs.

I wasn't 25 when my sister got her car, so when we were in cities, she'd drive, but when we were on the long stretch of the 5 just driving, I drove. The key is to not speed excessively and just don't get pulled over. If you can handle that, then who cares. Oh, when we got our most recent car, the registration sticker was old! Make sure your car is all up to date, because that kind of stuff only draws more attention to you.

Remember our rental car in Florida?! It was that pukey color and it was a Ford something or another!! Heheh.
