Is there anyone who has managed to speak to the spirit Hyt? I've been attempting to for a while now but I've yet to make contact with him. Is this normal?

All's been well at the welcome centre. How are you faring? Is there anything you need?

[To mark 'must have been almost a month', Porom does something fairly drastic and changes her schedule a little. Normally she'd have persevered and dressed warmer and gone to continue trying to contact Hyt regardless of the weather. But the combination of unfamiliar 'why am I not good at this already?', the realization that she's probably going to turn 23 while trapped in this place and the awful storm outside have managed to get her down just a little.
She can be found in the library almost all day, looking through books and skimming them rather than reading properly, attempting to wait out the storm. Only once it starts to get late does she brave the weather again.]
