[There's a whole lot of nothing at first. Some silence, punctured by quiet fretting and a heavy sigh. Porom's found no real clue about thier location in the book, bizarre as its contents are. Yes, we're both here. We've not run into anyone else, though.

We're in a forest. I don't hear running water nearby.

No. The village is elsewhere.

[And Rydia will Warp around the forest, in the general area of where Porom indicated. She'll glance around and call out their names, waiting a few minutes before trying a new spot.]

[Palom doesn't yell, but something seems odd about Rydia. She looks... younger? He leans over to Porom and whispers:] Does something seem off about her?

[Something should, since she's not (currently) wearing the outfit they're more familiar with. Instead, she has what to her is her more usual outfit, the one with the long, long sleeves. Approaching the twins, she can't help but look them over. Porom's appearance is still something of a surprise, but it was quite possible that she could have picked Palom out easily. Which isn't to say that his appearance isn't any less jarring for her. They shouldn't be so old!]

Oh, good! I was wondering if I would have to search the entire forest. It's good to see you both.

[She glances from one to other, curious with an undertone of wariness.]

She seems different but I don't think she's an imposter. Not unless they've suddenly become a lot better at it-

[She stops whispering when Rydia adresses them. Because whispering while being spoken to is rude.]

It's good to see you, too. I was worried you'd been hurt when we were all seperated-

[And she stops again. What did she mean, Ceodore's time?]

[Porom may be trusting, but Palom isn't so much. That itself should be fairly obvious.]

What do you mean Ceodore's time? What does he have to do with anything?

[Rydia stares at Porom blankly, then shakes her head.]

I don't know what you mean, Porom.

[She glances over to Palom.]

Let me put it this way; the last time I saw you both, you were five years old. Cecil, Edward, Golbez, Kain and I -and Rosa, though she's gone- all arrived here, more or less from a similar point in time--not long after we defeated Zemus. Then, a few months ago, Ceodore shows up and...well, surprises us with his existence.

The people who kidnapped us and stuck us with these wings are somehow able to snag people from many different worlds...and times, for whatever purpose. It's...weird, to say the least.
