Not likely. Even Hanyuu isn't dumb enough to get lost in Memento Eden. I doubt she'd wander far.  Which means that the most logical reason for her disappearance is simply that;

Hanyuu has long purple hair and horns on her head... She shouldn't be too hard to miss. She talks like me nano desu and says "Auuu" a lot... Please let me know if you see her...
