Um, I think Memento Eden is a place in the Outer Lands. Because this isn't the Qliphoth, so it has to be the Outer Lands, right? I mean there are many flowers and a sun and clouds... and there's no "meyazma" and it isn't dark and sad, so it's definitely not under the Outer Lands! So... so it must be IN the Outer Lands!
