Guilt
Quick post.
Feeling slightly less neurotic about the transfer now that I have started making plans and doing things toward it.
What is nagging at me is I can not (and would not) tell my students right now. I may not at all- the school has had some serious cuts in majors this year and they are emotional over that. I don't want to give them an excuse to fuck up 4th quarter- some of them can't afford it.
I just feel very guilty when I look at them. I planned the Senior prom for next year already and they were talking about dresses and they are glad me and Geb are chaperoning. I MAY tell the students in the gay-straight alliance - since I moderate that club and they trust me implicitly.
This is shitty.
