Good News and a Warning

Alright--this is a SERIOUS WARNING for all the Virginia Beachers. I'm making this entry public, because it is a serious issue, and I want anyone else to be able to read it.
I want all of you to be careful when you go out shopping, especially in the Laskin Road/ First Colonial area (where Joann's is located)
There is a pervert in the area. I was in Joann's with Michael this afternoon, and while I was in there, a man started hurrying toward the exit in a suspicious manner. An older lady started crying for him to stop, so I thought "Maybe he shoplifted?" so I shouted "STOP HIM!" He spun around, stared at me in a panic, and ran. The clerk ran out after him, and while she was chasing him, the old lady told me "I think he ejaculated on the back of my pants. Can you look?"
He had. She was going to call the cops and report him, but I'm going to warn all of you.
He's a man between 25 and 35, about 6'4" and around 185-190 pounds. He's African-American, medium brown skin-tone, bald, with a trimmed moustache and goatee. He was very well-dresssed, in a leather coat and business casual type clothing.
Just be careful, girls. He was trolling for an easy victim, so let's not give him one. I doubt he'd be stupid enough to try Joann's again, but there is a Michael's and a Target across the street.
I'm glad to be in for the evening.
