Yay! Finally have internet all set up in the new house :)
Moving is over and everything settled...my theory with moving house is to find a place for everything and have everything in its place. Easiest way to keep clean!
Bah. Feeling crap after work today. I yelled at someone.... a customer too. Well not yelled but I was very abrupt.
He was PISSING ME OFF. It was bad customer service but he was being such a jerk. Sad to say if he was nicer I would've actually done exactly as he asked. But because he started being rude I made it harder for him... and in turn this made it harder for me. Bad move. But I hate it when rude people get everything they want. My biggest mistake and I knew it the second I said it.... "We are only charging xxx, you are fortunate to only be paying that amount" STUPID sue. SO SO stupid.
This, good friends... is why you never have an argument with your partner before going to work and then not having coffee before you start taking calls.
For lack of better phrasing, I said something dumb. God only hopes that he doesn't chuck a shit to our head office. ugghh.
Read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS next time, jackass. We don't make you tick the box just for funsies. It is the same with airlines.....so many people are happy to skip right past the T&C.. hell, even I do it. But then to whinge about it when it doesn't go in your favour.....just plain silly.
Okay, I've had my vent. Now to release the tension and move on to a wonderful weekend ahead. Oh how I love saturday sleep-ins.
