Househunting officially OVER!
We got a house!!!! :D :D :D I'm excited!
$70 less per week than the place we're in now (but 1 less person to share the rent... so in reality we both pay $30ish extra per week, wooden floors (so over carpet!!), 2 bedrooms (yay I get a study room), internal laundry, awesomely big living area.
only boo is that in one of the bedrooms the paint is peeling off a part of the wall. We are determined to a) repaint it ourselves....as if the landlord would mind! or b) cover it up with some fancy lincraft creation or a painting!
