The best boss I ever had. Just after I find that perfect life at work that everyone wants, it gets ripped from my fingers.
He's getting moved to another property, and they're getting a managing COUPLE who are newbies and have NEVER run a hotel before. What? They'll never know as much about that place as Jerome.
He knew each damn room in the building inside and out. He knew all the owners by name, and nothing can ever compete with that - We're growing to be one of the largest properties in the whole damn company - but they had to bring in these people who know nothing?
Only god knows if they'll be good at managing their people. They better be or I'll be sending a few emails head office's way to express my opinion.
Knowing Jerome, I REALLY doubt that he actually wanted to go. I hope he comes back to us some day. We were all such an excellant team.
