I had forgotten how cumbersome hospital stays can be, regardless of how short mine was.
Such a headache, really. But it seems as though I've sprained my ankle quite horribly today. I failed to notice that the top of the stairs were still a bit wet from having been mopped and...slipped down a stair or six and sprained my ankle. The swelling has gone down some but it's still horribly bruised.
I refuse to acknowledge that perhaps going up an inch by wearing by new heels may have also had a part in my falling and bumping my head as well.
Pity, I had just gone to my office to tidy it up a bit and then I come home with injuries, a hospital bill, and worried colleagues calling me as if I'm on my death bed.
