Emily. You are such an amazing person. But I feel like being sick. You poor thing..and there I was whining about my parents and their temper. If I'd only known. o_o I feel terrible. I hope things are okay now. And I wish I'd been there for you. I don't really even know what to say..besides I love you no matter what. It's strange. You know? I hardly remember anything about Texas. Just snippets here and there come to mind. I can remember sitting in the playhouse..looking into your backyard. I can remember Halloween and hiding with you in that coffin your dad always put outside. It made scary noises. I can even remember a time we were eating fruit loops with color-changing spoons. And a time that Paul spread his mashed potatos around on his plate to make your dad think that he actually ate them. That same night at dinner, you started screaming because a wire popped in your braces. It makes me smile, remembering those things. I wish you could come to California. But. I'm off topic, here. I was trying to point out the irony in the fact that I was your neighbor until I was five; yet it strangely feels as though we've been best friends forever. Like sisters. And..you have me, too.
And don't worry about me marking my body. I'm all talk. I've never, ever marked my body. Unless you'd count getting my ears pierced. (: Speaking of which. I want my cartilage done. But mom says I'll regret it when I'm 85. Ha! When I'm 85, every other 85 year old will have their cartilage pierced, too!
I'm afraid I've caught up to you, love. I'm not thirteen anymore. Surprise, surprise! I've been fourteen for nearly a year now. (: Not that it matters, though! I'm still your five year old tagalong if you want me to be. ;D ..Though I'll be driving soon, believe it or not. My fifteenth birthday is in April. :o When's yours?
I love you too much. <3 We'll have each other forever. Okay? *points* That was a rhetorical question. Of course we'll have each other forever. No questions asked. =)
