Dreams are indeed curious things. In our subconscious, some of the strangest and beautiful things can take place. When we fall asleep we often have visual recognitions of various experiences and places. Dreams also play a noticeable role in conveying what we as humans really feel. Leading sleep analyists are able to interpret dreams to mean different things that are going on in our life. For example, I do not know about you, but I have had a few dreams in my life time where I am running from something and when I turn to run it is as though my feet and the floor have no friction whatsoever so I am running in place. Then just before whatever it is that is trying to get me reaches me I wake up with a start! I also recall a dream that I had just the other night when I was working at a restaurant that I knew nothing about. I didn’t know the food, how the restaurants computers worked, or even the people I was working with. Curiously enough though, in my dream I felt an innate desire to get the job done no matter what, however I was hopelessly unable to do so. In the dream I cursed and thrashed in another room out of frustration and in reality woke up to my jaw and muscles being sore. I can easily see how that dream relates to my current life, I recently got a new restaurant job and before I worked there I didn’t know anyone that I work with now and interestingly enough just the other night I was frustratingly in the weeds dealing with more then I could handle at work. Funny how dreams work eh?
