Lentils are rad. I resisted for so many years since my godamn hippie parents fed me too many lentils as a child but in the past 5 years I've discovered the joy of the lentil. I haven't learned to cook with them yet though.

i have a new personal trainer too. yesterday he worked my legs, butt, and all the muscles in my shoulders. today i can't walk, sit, squat, or make broad arm movements. but somehow i still love it!

I love it too. I went to yoga yesterday and almost keeled over from soreness. Maybe I'll stop being so bloated.
