I'm Hot For Teacher
1. Who was your favorite all time teacher(s)?Mr. Kelly Keogh
2. What did they teach? High School social studies
3. What is your best memory from that class? how much he treated us like adults, never dumbed things down, expected us to learn and think for ourselves. also taught us to think outside of "Normal" (the town we grew up in , and a state of mind many never break out of)
4. Did you ever have a crush on a teacher and if so who?sure did, Mr. Kelly Keogh, hey, he had a southern accent and was smarter than anyone I knew so he met three citeria that are quite important 1. southern accent 2. very very smart 3. older guy
5. What is the craziest/wildest/weirdest thing you (or someone you know) ever did at school?I don't know if this qualifies as crazy or wild, but certainly weird. When I was a freshmen in High School we were still in the Jr. High but a small group of us got to take higher level courses at the real high school. Me and a whole group of my friends took these classes and rode the bus to that school every morning. one day we "missed" the bus and we had to walk all the way across town back to our jr. high. it was a BLAST,it took us forever to walk back and we stopped at Scotty's Sports and bought butt loads of candy and proceeded to eat all of it on the final two or three blocks to school. I guess while we were walking back to the jr. high the school was concerned about all of us and afraid something horrible had happened and the administrators were waiting for us back at the school. we never got into trouble, but let's just say it wasn't allowed to happen again. it felt like SUCH freedom to me at 15 years old. since I lived out in the country I never got to go anywhere by myself at that age and it felt so adult and liberating to be able to walk across little Normal.
