Day Four- Reproductive Rights/Motherhood
Tea(l) Indulgence, an Autumn Tea Cozy knit in Noro Kureyon on size 8 dpns.
This was a repeat pattern for me- I had made it the year before as a wedding gift for my friends Julia and Nathan, to go along with the teapot and teas. I used the Kureyon I had bought accidentally (I meant to get the same colour in Silk Garden) and had no idea what to do with it until I replaced my beloved Vivian Teal teapot and realized that one of the colours was the same. Apparently, in my mind, this meant that I just had to make it. So I did.
I like the construction of this cozy, even if it involved scissors, but my favourite little detail are the leaves on top of the pot. Adorable!
