There are three mid-rise office buildings about a block west of where I live. They are what I have in the way of a landscape, the view from all the rooms on the west side of my condo. There isn't anything all that wonderful about the structures, at least not during the day. At night, there is a certain magic that emerges. The lighted windows

Exactly why I can't live in the 'burbs, even if you do get closet space. I'm digging North Oak Cliff alright, but I miss the east side.
