Solstice

Watching the sunrise over Prague on the solstice is beautiful. There is no better way to start the longest day of the year.
Finals are almost over, exams are marked and only a few students left to test. I have reports to write, for 20 students. I'm glad I don't have the task of a college professor who has to grade 100's of students and deliver semester reports times 100. It doesn't seem so bad to have 20.
One of my students wrote her favourite activity on the beach is sleeping, and she used a little smilie :-) on her exam paper. This amuses me, even the Czechs are slipping this into written work.
Time for a nice cold Czech beer. Happy Solstice.
