Ah ... Did I hear talk of a picnic? It's refreshing to see so many of you surmounting the troubles of this place in favor of cooperation. It speaks quite highly of you.

-Ah. That is, to partake in a meal outdoors, usually in a scenic location. They can function as large scale social events, or a more intimate, romantic setting dependent upon your tastes.

S-So it is like Hanami! This warrior knows of a similar event! B-But... there aren't flowers blooming here to see. Do people gather to see something else, then?

Perhaps they're gathering to witness the fruits of their efforts.

In such an odd little city, a bit of normalcy might be the thing to see.

People do that? This warrior could not imagine having such a reason back in one's own world... but perhaps it makes sense for it to be here. There doesn't seem to be much reason to celebrate here otherwise.

Sir has been to many 'pic-nics' before, then?

Of course. If not the scenery, picnics are a pleasant way for people to appreciate one another's company in a relatively comfortable setting.

...In this case, it seems to me that they celebrate today, because there may not be an opportunity to celebrate tomorrow.

Yes, that's correct. Will you be taking the opportunity to attend your first...?

M-mm... this warrior would, but if this is being hosted by someone, would it not be rude to drop in unannounced? This warrior would not wish to be offensive.

Ah, yes, but a picnic is somewhat different from a formal dinner party, you see...

This young lady expressed a rather open invitation. More importantly, it seems the picnic will be a potluck of sorts, which means the number of guests guarantees the success of the entire outing.

Therefore, the most polite thing to do is to simply not show up empty handed.

...Can you cook?

Oh, it's an invitation by Kairi-san! Th-Then Ranmaru must help no matter what! This warrior can cook reasonably, yes! Just, ah. It seems the food liked by people here is different than what we are used to in this warrior's world.
