i do not admire conflict. i do respect it, and see it as essential in human interaction. yet i do not relish being a part of it. when i say conflict in this respect i mean it in reference to conflicts that cause anger, hate, and rifts among people.
put it like this...
people are one of 3 types of drivers:
cautious & respectful- they will let you into a lane, slow down for kids, won't speed, get snow tires put on before the first snowfall, etc...
lost- consumed by a lack of direction, or over stimulation, or they are just lost by nature
aggressive- they speed, cut you off, rush through yellow lights, honk their horns, yell at strangers, etc...
all are capable of crashing their cars, although some seem more destined to do so. i have only been in one car crash my whole life, it was a $345 mistake. i am not sure what i learned from that mistake? slow down? pump the breaks? be thankful you hit someone young and Indian? regardless i am most likely the same driver i was before, i just have a dent to remind me of what went wrong.
