Last night, we placed third in QuizAbend and therefore won a €5 rebate on drinks! Weil unsere Gruppe aus sechs Leuten besteht und eine Flasche Rotwein €8 kostet, hat jeder -,50 ausgegeben um eine Flasche zu kaufen. Komischerweise aus Chile.
We wouldn't have won anything if it weren't for our 'special point.' There was a question relating to Japan (and now that I think about it, I believe the other Cameron actually mentioned this very thing once before) and their bathing culture. The question asked in what could the Japanese bathe at this particular bath in some city. None of us knew the answer, so I suggested Schamhaare (pubic hair). When we turned in our paper, the guy doing the quiz apparently thought it was so funny that he gave us a point for the answer anyway. (Correct answer was noodle soup.) And then the entire night, we kept embellishing the concept of a pubic hair bath. Things just got more and more ridiculous - directly in proportion to our drinking, too - that eventually we were calculating the number of people necessary to shave to obtain enough to fill a bath.
Nobody I know is normal.
