I just really like the aesthetics of hieroglyphics.

I think I wandered towards Rome now. This is a dragon, if you couldn’t tell.
They labelled this as a “metal idol standard,” it would have been mounted on a pole or somesuch as a status symbol.
This is a decorative pin that’s either a lion or a monster, they weren’t very specific. 9th-8th century BC.
