My progress! Such that it is 8D
Really happy with how the stripes match here :D
Not so happy here. With the curved seam there, I need to decide where I really want it to match, cause its not going to match anywhere else. Ideas/suggestions?
STRIPES.
There's meant to be another layer between the top and the stripey layer howeeeever..... I don't think I have enough fabric to do my original design. So I'm still mulling this over. One option is to take the blue drape and have it go over the stripey layer... think think think.
Also it looks like it really sticks out, the top, but I don't think it will since after I took this I just smoothed it and it lays much nicer now.

So most of this is just pinned, unfortunately.
Still deciding on the length of the blue drape, since I want to add knife pleats to the edge.
Less than two weeks to go!
