So this week has been pretty mellow. Today we're down two people. It's just me and the new guy. (Freshly minted ITT Tech graduate) One of the T1s is down, two users need files from hard drive images one of which doesn't exist so I'll have to dig through physical hard drives, a user is coming in to get their laptop replaced, and with any luck there will be a toner apocalypse.
