Ah, such a shame it has come to this.
Perhaps it had been overly optimistic of me to believe this ship would be able to accommodate for all of its frozen passengers. Unfortunately, it seems the food we have is all of the food we have; instant, if realistic mockeries of what most of us know.
Which brings me to a... problem of growing importance. I can eat the powdered food without issue, but it's done little to stave off my hunger. I am a vampire. My food is blood. Human blood, and nothing but. If my hunger is not sated, it will eventually consume me, driving me to feed at any cost. This is what I want to avoid. And I can assure you, the rest of you want to, as well.
Of course, this doesn't have to be a problem. I'm not asking for sacrifices, or anything of the sort; we can all remain civil about this. No death-you have my word. I don't require much. The amount I usually drink can be safely replenished by the human body in a number of weeks. It causes dizziness and light anemia at the worst. I am required to feed every two or three days before the hunger begins its onset. I require multiple volunteers, on an alternating schedule. It becomes dangerous for the human body to loose so much blood without, oh... a month's time in between, at the very least.
As unpleasant as this sounds, it is the best choice. An uncouth, brutish feral would likely starting hunting from the get-go. Do consider it before I begin to starve, would you?
...and before any of you ask, the medical bay did not have what I need. Even if it did, with how long the bay seems to have been locked down for, it would likely have been spoiled, anyways.
