So today I was sitting in my 3rd hour mini-class listening to music and I hear our dinosaur of a teacher complaining about Target for some reason or another. He was a member of the navy a few hundred years back when he was of ripe age and I guess they asked Target to support them by advertising and Target refused to do so for damn good reasons obviously(anti-war stuff I assume). Anyways....he's going off about how Target wouldn't fund their corrupt, war-mongering organization but that it supported gay and lesbian groups. He says "Anyone who doesn't support the troops should not be in America", and then he says "whoever says people are born that way is an idiot, that is a crock of crap!! That is a choice." and finally "God didn't make no queers!".
I have quickly noticed my position and it's completely vague as to where it is, if it is at all. Oh well, not for long hopefully. With any luck things change for the better(that's my great optimism at it's peak).
So I am strongly considering going to Spain for the summer to live with a family there. The only concern is leaving shit behind for a while but then again, what am I really leaving? Not much I suppose.
