I've lived here since July 18, and since I moved in there has been an old washer, microwave and wooden pallet sitting against the back of the house.

Today, when I'm having a housewarming party, is when my neighbor decides to bring it out to the street for the trashmen to pick up.

If that's the only thing that goes wrong tonight, the party will be a success.
