Vegas, Baby!
Have had a great weekend visiting my friend Maureen in Bullhead City, Ariz./Laughlin, Nev. She and I gambled $5 together last night and doubled our winnings.
Today we're off to Las Vegas to stay in New York, New York, which I'm very excited about. Then tomorrow morning I fly home to 40 degree weather. :( The weather has been beautiful here -- barely a cloud in the sky and about 75 degrees during the day. Heaven! The only downside is that they can't really open the windows to let in fresh air because the sand from the desert comes into the house. That would be a big downside to me, because I love having the windows opn and fresh air coming in.
