Tuesday is definitely becoming the longest day of my week, literally and figuratively. Class didn't get out until 8:40; luckily I ate something for dinner before I left work so I'm not starving like I was last week. The shocker of the night is that I got an "A" on my case briefing assignment that I turned in last week. I thought for sure I tanked it. I think it's my writing ability that saved my bacon, because while all the elements were there, some things were put in the wrong category, which should have lowered my grade. I'll take it, though!
I was supposed to meet an ex-coworker from a previous work life for dinner on Thursday night, but his mother fell and broke her ankle and he had to cancel. I am disappointed but, obviously, family comes first.
So there's my exciting post for the evening. Now I'm off to watch some of the shows I've recorded over the last few days. Night!
