NPC Registry.
This is the NPC Registry. Here are the rules about NPCing a character:
1.Once somebody picks up that character, your NPC is disposed of.
2.If you decide to pick up the character after NPCing him for a while, you do not have to write an application. Inform a moderator.
3. NPCs can choose to be play Anon. All comments here are screened.
4. Original Characters are taken on a case-by-case basis and may be rejected.
5.You may start using the NPC before you get added to the registry.
6.Only players already in the game are allowed to NPC.
7.NPCs may not join the communities and are not officially a part of the game.
