Personality Field: Sanada is a strict person. To others but even more so to himself. He does everything he can to accomplish a goal he has set. He is also pretty oblivious some of the more subtle ways of communication. A stone yes. And maybe a little cracky when I'm attempting to play him ^_^;
RP Sample: He hadn't managed to finish his history paper today either, but luckily, he still had a couple of days before the set return date. It was giving him a headache and disturbing his other activities so he had decided to consult with Renji tomorrow to see if he knew anything about the finer differences between the Geishas and prostitutes during the time of western intervention. Sighing heavily he placed the stone beside his pillow and laid down for the night. When he clicked the light away he thought that their history teacher was one of the oddest by far.

I'm not really sure what you are looking for, I'm a first timer at this kind of thing and bad at explaining. But if you meant the personality field:
Like I said I see Sanada as a strict person who always strives to do his best. He is oblivious to the subtle meanings in conversations thus being easy to ridicule even though he does have a hunch. Sometimes. He strives to have self-control and seeks good feelings through both physical and mental practices. And by achieving things. He is very confident in what he knows he is good at, but he still seeks to be better. He is also fair and can admit it when someone is better than him. He doesn't like to loose, who would, but he doesn't throw a tantrum either when someone does win over him.
Yanagi and Yukimura are the closest to him I think. Sanada also respects Yukimura and his opinion very high and seeks to fulfill Yukimura's expectations.
