All the Ways to Know it's Spring
I'm feeling silly, and thus shall present you with my list of ways to know it's spring. Call it a meme if you want, but mostly the weather's great and I feel like it.
Eight ways to know it's spring. (Finally.)
1. The winter fur comes off.
2. People sneeze every five minutes and then curse the wind.
3. My toenails are painted. (This year it's an amazing shade of hooker red. Last year it was Hello Kitty purple.)
4. I develop a serious case of simultaneous manic energy and the utter inability to get off my arse.
5. Wasps. (In my bedroom. I'm goddamn allergic, you little beasts!)
6. The ink comes back out. (My own and that of others. I may be a bit more fascinated than is healthy.)
7. My classroom at work becomes an oven.
And last but not least:
8. Lunch outside, in the sunshine.
