How did you spend your Friday?
I spent mine (which, please note, was a day off) preparing lessons for nine hours. I think my arse is now permanently attached to my desk chair. Admittedly, that was seventy percent of next week's work and I should get away with only three or four more hours tomorrow, but damn.
Now have a date with some hot, spicy wine and both Iron Man movies.
Still, I feel the need to send out the occasional life sign. This week, let's do fic:
- The next story in the Colt series is almost, almost done. All that's missing is the sugary wrap-up and a beta read.
- Four Wishlist prompts are written. One is pending rewrite, but meh. Two more are WiPs.
- A Hunter's Guide should be updated/finished this weekend. If I don't post that, shoot me. I give you permission.
- Some You Lose is owed at least one chapter this weekend, too. Make me, please!
- I am plotting a BtVS/Avengers crossover featuring dimensionally displaced Buffy, BAMF Tony and unstable Loki in a movie!AU threesome relationship. Drunk plotting will happen tonight. Not sure yet whether or not I'll be sorry in the morning.
I crave something to read that contains non-psychotic, asexual people. Any suggestions?
Also, what does a girl do with two skeins of lilac crochet yarn? Apart from making the world's gayest scarf?
Eugh. I just remembered that I should make a Wishlist 2012 Masterlist. Put that on the list, Moneypenny!
