Busy busy busy...But in good ways :)
L and I went away this past weekend just to get away. We went to a ski resort area, when there was no snow :) It made for a very relaxing weekend, and some nice needed down time. Silly me didn't take any pictures at all, but then again with the grey weather there weren't a lot of great shots.
We had a couple of good meals, well actually 1 very good and 1 exceptional. No I didn't try to stay on my diet, I just tried to be a bit more careful than usual when choosing my meals.
So I haven't posted about the house progress in a while...
I went through the inspection, and found a few things, but no deal breakers.
The seller has provided documents showing appropriate decommissioning of the oil tank (huge environmental liability otherwise), and accepted my post inspection offer (YAY!)
Now we are just waiting on the assessment, which I wouldn't expect to be an issue. I'll also then be working on putting together quotes for floor refinishing, electrical work (I think I have this one already) and sketching out some closet work I’ll want to do. So if anyone knows good resources for these I’ll be thrilled to hear them !
